How I approach therapy
I am experienced working with young adults, couples, and adults coping with various mental health challenges and general life concerns. I treat issues that include depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional and sexual abuse, gender issues, addiction, relationship and family struggles, and more. My integrated approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. In short, your time spent on my couch is completely customized to meet you right where you are in the way that’s most comfortable to you.
