A love letter to you

You are enough, just as you are, right here right now. You are enough when you feel exhausted. You are enough when you feel lazy. You are enough when you feel overwhelmed. You are enough when you feel triggered. You are enough when your house feels messy. You are enough when you don’t work out. You are enough when you spend too much money. You are enough, and you are brave. When uncomfortable and painful emotions arise, refuse to escape. Refuse to neglect yourself when you need your presence, awareness, and compassion the most. The hardest emotions are when you get the chance to show yourself empathy, understanding, love, validation, and comfort. You are constantly on the path to being the best version of you, while always, always still being enough just as you are.
