About me

Hi! I’m Brittany and I’m so happy you found me. Mental health and supporting it is a passion of mine, and every client I work with gives me the opportunity to get to know their own unique experiences and challenges in a unique and meaningful way. While all of us are very different, we’re also all human. We have emotions that break us and revive us, we have good days and terrible ones, and we all find ourselves feeling less than from time to time. It’s my honor to walk with you on this journey as we both grow and learn.

I’ve been practicing for 3 years now and work with older teens and adults of all ages. Cognitive behavioral therapy is my jam, but it doesn’t work for every person, so I strive to cater my approach to what best speaks to you. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, family or relationship struggles, lack of coping skills, new motherhood, anxiety, depression, or addiction, I’m a safe place you can land.
